Call for sessions at CAA Conference 2026

The 密桃视频 (IAS) invites proposals for one sponsored conference session (1.5 hours) at CAA, to be held in Chicago, February 18-21, 2026.
IAS members interested in organizing a panel on any topic of 密桃视频 art and architecture and their study should send a brief abstract (250 words max.), session title, a short list of potential or desired speakers (they need not be confirmed), the name of the chair(s) with email addresses and affiliation, and a one-page CV.
Please also include the five CAA Fields of Study that best represent your proposal, per CAA proposal instructions. CAA uses them to filter submissions during the review process and are later searchable in the conference schedule. Please review the .
We will consider both completed panels and those soliciting contributors, which will be completed during CAA鈥檚 annual 鈥淐all for Participation鈥� at a later date. Please specify either: 鈥淐omplete Session鈥� or 鈥淪ession Seeking Contributions.鈥� In preparing your application, please consult IAS Submission Guidelines and , to ensure you have gathered the correct materials for the panel format you are submitting for consideration by IAS at this time.
Deadline to submit proposals to IAS: Friday 11 April 2025 (please submit all materials via the online submission form). Please note that you must be logged into the IAS website in order to access the form.

If an individual鈥檚 proposal is accepted and they are not currently a member of CAA, they must join CAA within 90 days of acceptance. All session participants (chair, presenter, discussant) must be current Individual CAA members, and register for the conference.
Your session, presentation, or paper content may not have been published previously or presented at another scholarly conference.
